Is the app free to use?
Yes, anyone can use the app for free. If you subscribe you get added benefits.
How do I get sneakers at or below retail price?
You can get sneakers at or below retail price in 2 places, the Drops section and the auctions section. Within the Drops section, we at ZNEAKRZ will release sneakers at retail price randomly each month. The Auctions section (which is still in development) will allow users to get sneakers below retail price.
How do I buy sneakers on the app?
In order to purchase from our app you'll have to open an account and the fill your in app wallet. Once you've done that you can start shopping.
Are there really no fees?
Yes but only for those that subscribe. Those that aren't subscribed only pay a small 5% fee when buying and 2% fee when withdrawing.
Are all the sneakers authentic?
Yes you can only post authentic sneakers. When purchasing users have the option of ether sending the sneakers to us for us to authenticate or we can skip authentication and have the seller send it straight to you. Note we recommend you going through our authentication option.
Can I use the app if I'm outside the US?
No you can only use the app within the US but will be expanding to other countries soon.
